How much is the security deposit?

A nominal security deposit has to be submitted at the time of delivery. Visit Delivery Info page to know about shipment details.

We take a security deposit to cover the cost of any damage to the products and delay in returns from the customers.

For every 30 mins delay in returning the products, customers are charged Rs. 25.

When will my security money be refunded?

Your security deposit will be refunded after the delivery person checks and confirms the returned products.

Optionally, you can return all the products with no extra charges/fees if you do not want to buy anything.

We refund your security deposit instantly after product inspection.

Note: You can also adjust the security deposit in your final purchase order.

What happens if I do not return the products on time?

If you fail to return the products after free trial time period expires( generally 1-2 hours), when the delivery person arrives at your doorstep then Rs 25 will be detected from the security deposit for every 30 mins delay.

So, please make sure to return the products as soon as you are finished with home trials.

What is the payment mode?

The payment mode is only Cash On Delivery(COD). So, you will only have to pay after you have tried the clothes at your home and want to purchase them.

What is the return and refund policy?

There will be no return for the products once you have purchased and made the final payment after home trials. Only replacement of size issues will be facilitated.

What if I have a product size issue?

For any size or fitting issues, faced during home trials, product can be easily returned. Customers can choose to place a new home trial order with desired size. 

If you face any product size issue after final purchase (post home trials), you have to notify us regarding that product and we will get the replacement within 3-4 days.

What Id proofs are required at the time of delivery?

We deliver products for home trials at your location. You must present identity and residential address proof at the time of delivery.

Note : At least one address from your presented id/address proofs, must match with the address in your order's shipping details.

If none of your ids addresses match, we reserve the right to deny home trials at your doorstep/location.

The purpose of this policy is to mitigate potential misuse of our service and proactively deter instances of fraudulent activities and spam-related orders.

Accepted Documents: 

1. Identity proof - Passport, voter ID card, driving license, or Aadhar card.
2. Address proof - Aadhar card, driving license, voter ID, or passport copy work as address proof too.

How to choose a delivery date and time?

Please include your chosen day and time for delivery. When placing the trial order, it is recommended that you specify a delivery date 4 days later.

After you have placed an order on our website we will contact you to confirm your order and availability according to our delivery slots. At that time you will have to confirm the date and time of delivery when you will be available at the location mentioned by you.

What happens if I do not want to buy any product after a home trial?

Note: The product should not be damaged and unwashed, and unused, with all price tags intact.

You can return all the products after the home trial if you do not want to purchase anything. The delivery person will arrive at your doorstep after free trial time period expires ( generally 1-2 hours), and will inspect all the returned products. Also, your security deposit will be refunded on the spot after checking the returned products.
