How it works
1 . Place an order
Place a home trial order for products with a minimum cost of Rs. 3000. Payment is not required to place the order.
Please include your chosen day and time for delivery. When placing the trial order, it is recommended that you specify a delivery date 4 days later.
2 . Confirm the order
Please expect a call from us to verify provided phone number and confirm shipping address.
After that, after your order is shipped, we shall contact you on your phone number to confirm and finalize the delivery date and time.
3 . Delivered to your doorstep
We deliver products for home trials at your location. You must present identity and residential address proof at the time of delivery.

4 . Checking and accepting products
Then you inspect the quality and originality of the products and sign the acceptance form with accepted products for home trial.
5 . Submission of nominal and fully refundable security deposit
We take a security deposit to cover the cost of any damage to the products and delay in returns from the customers.
Customers do not need to submit security deposit online to place the order. Please submit the applicable security deposit when you accept the clothes at your doorstep.
For every 30 mins delay in returning the products, customers are charged Rs. 25.

6 . Try the clothes in the comfort of your home
You try on the clothes for the next 1-2 hours. If you face any size/fitting issues, just return the product after home trials. Optionally, you can place new trial order with replacement size.

We strongly advise shoppers to be genuinely free and available during the booked trial time window, to try on clothes and make the most of it, for the best experience and utmost satisfaction.
7 . Buy only what you like
When you are finished, we will contact you and return to your location after the free trial period has expired.
If you finish your home trials before the trial period ends, please call us to pick it up and finalize your final purchase order sooner.
You can make the final payment for the products you want to keep and return the remaining to the delivery personnel.
8. Get an Instant full security refund if you do not like anything
Note: The product should not be damaged and unwashed, and unused, with all price tags intact.
Your security deposit will be refunded after the delivery person checks and confirms the returned products.
Optionally, you can return all the products with no extra charges/fees if you do not want to buy anything.
We refund your security deposit on the spot at your doorstep, after product inspection.
Note: You can also adjust the security deposit in your final purchase order.
